Layakari Yoga


I've been practicing yoga for almost six years, and teaching for close to two years now. I typically teach a vinyasa flow style, with a strong emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and safety in the physical postures (asana). My classes are infused with themes of love, balance and the Eight Limbs of Yoga. My practice and teaching focus on satya at its core - finding and following your truth.

I love to move and groove on the mat. If you would like to join me, my current schedule is below.

Thursdays

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, CIF Studio, University of Waterloo 12:30-1:30 pm (Waterloo students only)

Core Yoga Flow, Urban Wellness Studio (Kitchener), 7:30-8:30 pm

Fridays

Introduction to Yoga, Urban Wellness Studio, 5:30-6:30 pm (no class on Good Friday, April 6th)

Saturdays

Core Yoga FlowUrban Wellness Studio, 10:00-11:00am
